Professor Eric Davis is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with 20 years experience. He practices at the Winfield Hospital in the city of Gloucester.

Eric is fully qualified in and routinely uses the following approaches:

He is also available for the preparation of medico-legal reports regarding personal injury claims linked but not confined to the assessment of PTSD, and also other forms of psychological distress. He can also be contacted for the preparation of reports related to care proceedings and parenting which may include risk issues.


Eric is the first clinical psychologist in the UK to qualify as an Approved Clinician which means he is recognised as possessing specialist knowledge in the assessment and treatment of mental disorder under the Mental Health Act.


He delivers psychological interventions mainly to adults but is also able to offer appointments to adolescents (14+). He previously worked in the NHS for 16 years, 13 of which were in Gloucestershire.
